Our Shipping Policy

General

We do our best to keep our stock accurate, but sometimes discrepancies happen, and we might not be able to fulfill all your items immediately. If this happens, we’ll send you what we have and discuss whether you’d prefer to wait for the restocked item or receive a refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your items. The amount paid at checkout is the final cost for shipping.

Returns

3.1 Return due to Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you can return items within 7 days of receiving them as long as they are in their original condition and packaging. You will need to pay for the return shipping and arrange it yourself.
Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll give you a store credit for a future purchase. We’ll email you once this is done.
Please note, we’ll refund the cost of the goods but not any shipping fees you paid.

3.2 Warranty Returns
If there’s something wrong with your purchase, you can make a warranty claim within 7 days of receiving it.
You’ll need to pay for the return shipping initially, but we’ll refund you if the warranty claim is successful.
After we receive your return, we’ll process it within 7 days. If your claim is valid, you can choose a refund, store credit, or a replacement item if available.

Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Transit
Usually, orders within our country take 2 – 7 days to arrive.
4.2 International Transit
International orders can take 4 – 22 days, depending on the courier.
If you need to change your delivery address, do it before your order is dispatched to avoid any issues.
Orders are sent from our warehouse Monday – Friday, except on national holidays. If it’s a holiday, we’ll ship the next business day.

4.3 Change Of Delivery Address
Orders made before 12 PM PDT (UTC-07) will be sent out on the same day. If you place an order after this time, we’ll ship it on the next business day. Our warehouse is open Monday through Friday during regular business hours. It’s closed on national holidays, but we do our best to minimize any shipping delays during these times.

4.4 Change Of Delivery Address
If you need to change your delivery address, you can do so anytime before your order has been dispatched.

4.5 P.O Box shipping
Himalyan Salajeet only uses postal services to send items to P.O. box addresses. We can’t use courier services for these deliveries.

4.6 Military address shipping

We can ship to P.O. boxes and military addresses using USPS, but not with other courier services.

4.7 Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we’ll hold your order until it’s available again.

4.8 Delayed Delivery
If your delivery is taking longer than expected, please contact us so we can look into it.

Tracking Your Order

When your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can see where it is.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If a parcel is damaged when it arrives, try to reject it and contact us. If it’s lost, let us know, and we’ll start an investigation with the courier.

Taxes and Duties

7.1 Sales Tax
Sales tax is included in the item prices on our website.
7.2 Import Duties and Taxes
For international orders, you might have to pay duties and taxes when your items arrive. These costs vary by country. If you refuse to pay these and the goods are returned to us, you’ll get a refund minus the return shipping cost.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order any time before it’s dispatched. If it’s already on its way, please see our refund policy.

Insurance

Our parcels are insured against loss and damage as per the courier’s policy. If there’s an issue, we’ll handle the claim process and update you on the outcome.
