Best Way to Use Aftabi Salajeet
Step 1: Use a spoon to take out a small, pea-sized amount of Gilgiti Salajit (about 200-250 mg).
Step 2: Mix the Salajit into lukewarm milk, water, or green tea. Stir it for around 5 minutes until it’s completely dissolved. You can add honey or ghee to make it taste better.
Step 3: Drink this mixture on an empty stomach, either first thing in the morning or an hour before you go to bed to see its effects.
NOTE: Avoid drinking cold water or eating anything cold for 4 to 5 hours after you take the Salajit.
How to Predict Pure Aftabi Salajeet?
Pliability – Shilajit gets sticky and soft when you hold it in your hands. If you put it in the fridge, it becomes very hard and can break like glass if you hit it with a hammer. Real shilajit keeps its shape and doesn’t clump up.
Solubility – Shilajit dissolves easily in warm water or milk, turning the liquid gold or reddish.
Flame Resistance – Shilajit won’t catch fire or burn like a candle. If you heat it with a mini blow torch, it will bubble and let off ash, but it won’t actually burn.
Form – Be careful with powdered shilajit. Most powdered forms only have a little bit of real shilajit, about 2 to 30 percent, and they are mixed with other things.
